At Aurora Beds we are dedicated to ensuring that our beds are of the highest quality, both with the materials we use, the excellence of their finish, and the support and comfort they give our customers. As part of this commitment to you, and to quality, your Aurora bed comes with a guarantee.
Our Promise
Should you at any time feel that any defect has arisen due to the materials and finish of your bed, we will arrange (through your retailer) to repair or replace your bed, FREE of charge, should it be found that the issue is indeed a manufacturer quality issue. Your guarantee runs from the date of purchase.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact Your Retailer
All claims must be made through the retailer from whom the mattress was originally purchased. Have your proof of purchase ready.
Aurora Assessment
Your retailer will contact Aurora Beds and we will send a representative to inspect your mattress and assess the issue.
Resolution
If a manufacturing fault is found, we will repair or replace your mattress according to our warranty terms.
Care Instructions
Follow these recommendations to maximise the life of your mattress and ensure you get the full benefit of your warranty:
Use a quality mattress protector to keep the mattress clean and protect it from body moisture
Air your new mattress standing on its side for several hours in a well-ventilated room
Use an Aurora base with your Aurora mattress for optimal performance
Never bend or fold the mattress as this will damage internal components
Never use detergents or chemicals to clean your mattress
Avoid bouncing or sitting consistently on the same section
Turn the mattress regularly to prolong its life (or rotate non-turning mattresses)
Check divan bases regularly for stress or wear to the frame
Ensure headboards are tightened regularly for a flush fit
Terms & Conditions
Coverage Period
If the manufacturing fault occurs within 2 years of purchase (1 year for value collections: Sapphire, Opal, Seville, Ambience, Iconic), Aurora Beds will repair or replace the mattress free of charge.
Transport Costs
During the first year, transport costs for warranty issues are covered by Aurora Beds. After the first year, transport costs are the purchaser's responsibility.
Warranty Exclusions
- Non-manufacturing defects
- Soiled or unsanitary conditions
- Inappropriate use or abuse
- Use with unsuitable bases (slats over 70mm apart)
- Comfort preference issues
- Normal settlement of fillings (less than 30-35mm on higher ranges, 25mm on other collections)
Important Notes
- Warranty applies only to original purchaser and is non-transferable
- Must be purchased from authorised Aurora Beds retailer
- Applies only to domestic use
- Aurora reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality
- Call-out fee may apply, refunded if manufacturing fault is found
