Guarantee applicable on purchases made from August 2020
At Aurora beds we are dedicated to ensuring that our beds are of the highest quality, both with the materials we use, the excellence of their finish, and the support and comfort they give our customers. As part of this commitment to you, and to quality, your Aurora bed comes with a 5 year guarantee. During this 5 year period, should you at any time, feel that any defect has arisen due to the materials and finish of your bed, we will arrange (through your retailer) to repair or replace your bed, FREE of charge, should it be found that the issue is indeed a manufacturer quality issue. Your 5 year guarantee runs from the date of purchase.
In the unlikely event of a defect in material or workmanship occurring within the 5-year guarantee period, we will arrange to repair or replace the item under complaint free of charge at our discretion. The guarantee will continue from the original date of purchase.
Any claims made under this guarantee must be made initially through the retailer from whom the product was purchased.
We cannot enter into any discussion with the purchaser until the retailer has inspected any alleged complaint and judged justified or otherwise. On receipt of the retailers’ report, we will take whatever action is necessary under the terms of the guarantee.
Aurora Beds reserve the right to refuse service with any defect if:
- Any of our Terms and Conditions are not met in full.
- The defect is due to causes other than those related to faulty materials or workmanship.
- The item is soiled and in an insanitary condition.
When repairing or replacing items under the guarantee, we reserve the right to substitute products or materials should the original no longer be available and cannot undertake to match items not under complaint. This does not affect the purchaser’s statutory rights.
Any claims made under the guarantee must be made initially through the retailer from whom the product was purchased.
